Colin Lardner returned to residential real estate and joined Ellen Terry Realtors to represent discerning buyers and sellers of luxury properties in Dallas' sophisticated Intown markets. Colin's experience in varied markets and positions within the Real Estate industry enables him to relate comfortably with customers, clients, developers, builders and investors. Colin attended Columbia University where he earned his Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and completed a year long thesis project on the "New Urbanism" movement within the State-Thomas Historic District. Although growing up in Dallas' Preston Hollow area, Colin has also lived in Washington D.C., New York City, Chicago, Houston and Ft.
